How long does the Starter Edition run?

The minimum term is 3 months. After that, the license renews automatically on a monthly basis – fully flexible, until you cancel. You can also continue using the Starter Edition indefinitely if it remains the right scope for you.

How quickly can I get started?

Very quickly: onboarding and training typically take just one day (approx. 5–6 hours) on-site. After activation and pairing of the trackers, your assets are immediately visible in the system – ready to use from day one.

Can I switch to a rollout plan during the contract term?

Yes, at any time, even before the minimum term has expired. Our sales team will prepare a tailored quote for you.

Can I use the Starter Edition with more trackers?

The Starter Edition can be expanded to up to 250 trackers. Our sales team will prepare an individual quote for this.

When will I see first results?

As a rule, you will see clear potential within 12 weeks – such as reduced losses and optimized fleet utilization. If you want to test for longer, that is possible at any time.

How are we supported at the start?

Our Customer Success Team supports you from the start: setting up the trackers and software, pairing your assets, configuring initial automations, and training your team. This ensures you see results quickly.

Can I cancel the Starter Edition?

Yes. After the initial 3 months, you can cancel on a monthly basis.
