The BOX ID solution addresses the error in the exact moment it occurs. The BOX ID software monitors all ID events in the commissioning and shipment process, compares them in real time with the ERP/EWM target data and blocks process execution if errors occur.   

Employees immediately receive direct feedback whether the next step is accurate or incorrect. If an error occurs, processing cannot continue until the error has been corrected. Your process becomes error-proof and zero-error commissioning is standardized in your company.   

The respective module of the BOX ID platform provides multiple interfaces and can be connected to every relevant ERP/EWM system (e.g. SAP, SHC). Optical back-of-hand scanners (e.g. by Zebra, Proglove, etc.) are the preferred input devices for event capture, but ID data from RFID portals and other automated reading devices are also transferred to the system.
